Web 3.0

Web 3.0 is essentially an upgraded version of Web 2.0. Currently, most websites rely on the users for its content. Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit are all examples of this. The web serves as a platform, and the users are the ones that provide the content. Web 3.0 focuses on many things and privacy being one of those. Web 3.0 wants to remove "middlemen" from the equation. Companies will no longer be in control of user data. The government won't be able to kill off websites and services. Data will be owned by the end user. As a result of this, this will hopefully cut down on hackers and breaches as well. Your browsers intelligence will increase as well in Web 3.0. Your browser will start to learn more about you and you won't have to be as specific in your searches. Your browser will understand the context in the things you search. Below is my slideshow that I created using Flickr. The reason for taking the pictures that I have taken is because it represents some of my favorite music artists of all time. The pictures that I took are of Prince, U2, R.E.M, and Led Zeppelin. Two of the photos are biographies of Prince and U2. The other two are albums from R.E.M. and Led Zeppelin.
